WestSacHomes.com uses contact and home-value forms so visitors can ask Jeff Morazzini for real estate guidance. Information submitted through those forms is used for follow-up related to the visitor’s request.
Information visitors may provide
- Name, email address, phone number, and message details.
- Property address and timing details for home-value requests.
- Any listing, buying, selling, or planning context included in a form.
How that information is used
Submitted information is used to respond to inquiries, provide a practical next step, and communicate about real estate questions the visitor raised. Sending a contact or home-value request does not subscribe you to listing alerts. If you choose to save a search and request alerts through Buying Buddy, that service sends matching listing emails according to your selected preferences.
Website services
The site is hosted through Netlify, and form submissions may be processed by Netlify Forms. Normal hosting logs may include technical details such as browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and IP address for security and reliability.
Home search and listing services
Home-search tools are provided through Buying Buddy, a service of Blue Fire Group. Search activity, listing views, saved homes, alert requests, and any account information a visitor chooses to provide may be processed by Buying Buddy to deliver MLS search and follow-up features.
Your choices
Manage saved searches and alerts through your account, or use the unsubscribe option in an alert email. To ask Jeff to correct or remove information you provided, email Jeff.morazzini@exprealty.com.
Optional website analytics
When enabled, optional Google Analytics measures page visits and website actions only after you allow it. Our analytics events do not include the names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, or property addresses you enter in forms. You can decline analytics and still search homes or contact Jeff. Analytics preferences, when available, can be changed using the button below.
